NYCAMH's office is located in the Chamberlain Center of the Bassett Healthcare Network, in Fly Creek, New York, which is 4 miles west of Cooperstown. From Cooperstown, take State Route 28 North. As you are entering Fly Creek, the Chamberlain Center is on the right at the bottom of the hill. If you arrive at the blinking light intersection in Fly Creek, you have gone too far.
